Established Patients We are pleased to offer online scheduling for our established patients. We invite you to schedule a variety of appointment types online from routine follow-ups and medication checks to sick and annual wellness visits.
New Patients If you are not an established patient of the practice, we kindly ask that you call our office to schedule a new patient appointment at 229-391-3300. Any appointments scheduled online by a new patient will be canceled as we follow specific protocol in scheduling new patients to establish care.
